Kate Westaway is one of the world’s most accomplished underwater photographers, not only has she travelled all over the globe photographing marine wildlife she also has a successful career in film and television.
From photographing whales, dolphins and sharks on the sardine run in South Africa to Angelina Jolie on the set of Hollywood blockbuster Tomb Raider, to travelling to some of the world’s most hostile places whilst working with Bear Grylls, she has a wealth of experience and a unique portfolio.
Her work features underwater wildlife, portraits, landscapes and architecture taken over the past 20 years.
She has been published in journals all over the world including in Time Magazine and she was shortlisted for the Terry O'Neill Award in 2009. Her book entitled Wildlife Monographs: Humpback Whales is on sale now.
